The Boscombe Down Branch of the Royal Aeronautical Society is an active Branch of around 160 members based at MoD Boscombe Down. Formed in 1953, the Branch serves civilian and service personnel based at MoD Boscombe Down and in the surrounding area.

Our membership is currently growing, with an 11.4% increase from the 2009-2010 to 2010-2011 season. A large proportion of lecture attendees who work on site are not ‘signed up’ Branch members – something which we are aiming to change!
